For landscape business cards your file should measure 3.6" x 2.4", for portrait it should be 2.4" x 3.6", this includes 0.1" bleed on each edge. The finished card will be trimmed to 3.35" x 2.17".

Sizes for other items, and a helpful animation explaining bleed can be found on our file preparation tutorial

The resolution of your file should be at least 300 dpi, with a maximum of 600 dpi.

Your file should not contain any cutting/trim marks, printers marks or similar as these will be printed on your cards.

Very fine text, rules and keylines should be avoided.

Where possible, files should be created in CMYK color format to ensure the most accurate color reproduction. We can accept RGB files, but there is a risk that some of the colors may not print exactly as they appear on your screen.

If you have an area of solid black within your document, 100% black (K) alone will not result in a solid, saturated black. Instead, please use Rich Black, as represented by C:100% / M:30% / Y:30% / K:100%.

Your file should have been exported as TIFF 24 format.

Native files cannot be uploaded, and should be re-saved as TIFF.
